Paramore’s Haley Williams told an audience that Ticketmaster “need to get their shit together.”
The comment came during a 4/15 concert in Cardiff, Wales.
Since the end of the pandemic, concert ticket prices have skyrocketed, gouging music fans.
Live Nation, which owns Ticketmaster in addition to venues worldwide, has experienced a massive revenue increase while failing to halt online practices by scalpers looking to profit on the ticket resale market.
Williams also acknowledged the sacrifices fans make, both personal and financial, to attend concerts and support the bands they love.
