Prosecutors decide (on 8/25) not to move forward with criminal charges against singer Michelle Branch after her alleged assault of husband Patrick Carney of The Black Keys. Earlier, the couple revealed their separation amid Branch’s claims that Carney had been unfaithful. She then filed for divorce. 2022
Pantera – surviving members Philip Anselmo (vocals) and Rex Brown (bass) along with Zakk Wylde (guitar) and Charlie Benante (drums) – have confirmed appearances at Knotfest Colombia, Knotfest Chile and Knotfest Brasil festivals in December. These performances are part of an upcoming world reunion tour. Wylde and Benante replace Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul, both deceased.
Poison‘s Bret Michaels partnered with Uvalde Radio to provide free tickets to the band’s San Antonio “Stadium” show for the families of victims of the Robb Elementary School shooting in nearby Uvalde, TX. The Bret Michaels Life Rocks Foundation, Uvalde Radio and the City of Uvalde worked together to reach out to the families. 2022
