Queen has released “Face It Alone,” a previously “lost’ track.
The song was recorded during the band’s ‘88 sessions for Queen’s 13th album “The Miracle” which will be reissued as “The Miracle Collector’s Edition” box set due November 18th.
“We’d kind of forgotten about this track but there it was, this little gem,” explained Queen drummer Roger Taylor . “It’s wonderful, a real discovery. It’s a very passionate piece.”
“Face It Alone” is the first song in eight years to feature frontman Freddie Mercury. ‘14’s “Queen Forever” album included three previously unheard tracks.
Mercury passed away in ’91.
