Hanoi Rocks original line-up (Michael Monroe, Andy McCoy, Sami Yaffa, Nasty Suicide and Gyp Casino) will play a one-off reunion show at the Helsinki Ice Hall on September 23rd.

The concert marks Monroe’s 60th birthday, which was last June.

Monroe was asked if the show would lead to other concerts. “This will be just one time — this one time.”

It’s the Finnish band’s first performance with the original line-up since they played Helsinki’s Tavastia on July 27th, 1982.

Drummer Razzle died in a tragic car accident in 1984. Mötley Crüe’s Vince Neil was driving. Unfortunately, this led to the band’s demise in early 1985.

Hanoi Rocks was revived in 2002 but only with Monroe and McCoy.
