Foo Fighters have scored their sixth U.K. #1 album with But Here We Are.”

The band’s 11th studio album, containing “Rescued,” “The Teacher” and “Under You,” is their first full-length effort since the death last year of their longtime drummer, Taylor Hawkins. As a result, frontman Dave Grohl performed and recorded the album’s drum tracks. He was, after all, Nirvana‘s drummer.

The Foo Fighters have previously topped the U.K. chart with ‘02’s One By One,” ‘07’s “Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace,” ‘11’s “Wasting Light,” ‘17’s “Concrete And Gold” and ‘21’s “Medicine At Midnight.” 

In the U.S., “But Here We Are.” debuted at #8 on the Billboard 200.

In other chart action, Avenged Sevenfold’s eighth album “Life Is But A Dream…” debuted at #21 to become the band’s sixth album to reach the U.K. Top 40. Also, Rival Sons’ “Darkfighter” landed at #30.
