Disturbed was forced to postpone its 8/7 concert in Raleigh, NC due to a power outage caused by severe weather.
Power outages occurred when trees fell on powerlines, dragging the wires down. According to Duke Energy over 26,000 customers were impacted.
Disturbed’s summer “Take Back Your Life” tour, which started last month, has faced weather related challenges. A 7/22 concert in Phoenix was postponed when the band’s equipment wouldn’t work in the extreme heat.
“Divisive,” Disturbed‘s eighth and most recent studio album, was released last November. The set topped three of the four Billboard Rock charts – it peaked at #3 on the Top Rock Albums survey.
