Taking a trip poolside, Atreyu have released “Drowning.” The humorous video belies the song’s serious nature.
“Much like everyone does, the five of us have experienced waves of depression, anxiety, and fear in vastly different ways,” writes the band. “This this song is audio anti-depressants.”
Since the departure of vocalist Alex Varkatzas in 2020, Brandon Saller has focused on solely on singing after sharing vocal duties with Varkatzas.
Kyle Rosa has stepped in to replace Saller on drums.
